Traveling with Third Party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse by the KWIKR

Acceptance of Terms: By agreeing to travel with third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Responsibilities: You acknowledge that you are traveling under the guardianship and responsibility of the third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, during the duration of the trip. You agree to make sure the safety and well being of all parties involved.

Behavior and Conduct: You agree to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times during the trip and need to help as and when required.

Child less than 12-year-old, Kwik+ not allowed or permitted to go with the KWIKR.

Travel Arrangements: The third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, will be responsible for making travel arrangements, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning in collaboration with KWIKR.

Both KWIKR and the third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, agree to provide necessary information and assistance as requested and accompanying and planning to go with the booked KWIKR.

Behavior and Conduct: You agree to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times during the trip, and need to help as and when required.

Health and Safety: You acknowledge that, you agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies and to carry necessary medication with at all times, and need to provide the details in writing with the doctor prescription details for the parents to the KWIKR.

Liability Waiver: While third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, will take reasonable precautions to ensure their safety and well-being, they shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages incurred during the trip due to their negligence.

Emergency Contact: You agree to provide emergency contact information of the third Party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, at origin and destination, as well as any relevant medical information, to the other third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse, prior to the trip while registering through Kwik+ .

Insurance: Kwik+ strongly recommends that you carry adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the trip, including medical and liability coverage. The KWIKR or Kwik+ will not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances for the third party's Parent(s) or Child or Spouse.

Modification of Terms: Kwik-Plus reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time before or during the trip, as necessary. Any such modifications will be communicated to you promptly.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of origin of the country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of origin
