  • Highly perishable food or beverages (e.g., raw meat or dairy products, etc.)
  • Pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or supplements
  • Money, gift cards, lottery tickets, or transferable securities
  • Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or tobacco products
  • Dangerous or hazardous items, including:
    • Explosives
    • Items that are poisonous or flammable (including paints or adhesives containing a flammable liquid)
  • Stolen goods
  • Fragile items
  • Sexual aids; obscene or pornographic material
  • Livestock, regulated species (e.g., noxious weeds, prohibited seeds), or animal parts, bloods, or fluids
  • Any items for which you do not have permission to send
  • Any items reasonably likely to be perceived by the recipient as threatening or harassing, or otherwise contravening the Community Guidelines

The above list of prohibited items is not exhaustive. Kwik+ retains the discretion to prohibit additional items that are not allowed to carry to deliver.

Note –
1.
SENDER and KWIKR both must ensure that the parcel is allowed as per the destination country’s custom rules and regulations, and within the custom limit.

2.
If the Consignment or any contents thereof are of the value exceeding CAD 300 (CAD Three Hundred), the Customer shall have the Consignment insured from an insurance company before handing over the Consignment for transportation. Please refer to the KWIK+ terms and conditions for more information.
